Shiny Brass or Brass-Plated Box Hinges: These hinges are affordable and work well on standard lid boxes - either inside or outside mount. The 90° Stop Decorative are brass-plated steel (BP). The surface mount Butterfly Hinges are solid brass - 2 1/4" tall. They work with taller Standard Lid boxes but not with 'Flat Lid' boxes. Also available in brass-plated butterfly hinges 1 and 2.

Antique Finish Hinges: These hinges have an antique finish - either inside or outside mount. Prices range from $5.00/pr to $15.00/pr. We have a few latches that work well with these hinges.

Nickel Hinges - Barrel Hinges - Barbed Hinges: We now offer a couple of nickel hinges, both 180° and stop hinge. The 10mm barrel hinges work well with boxes with a 50/50 cut. For small boxes, the mini barrel & barbed hinges are concealed or hidden. With a 'chamfer cut' in the back, the box lid will stop at 90°.

Surface (outside) Mount and Continuous (piano) Hinges: For strong hold on larger boxes, the outside mount stop hinges work well. The economy quadrant hinge is an affordable alternative to the Brusso Quadrant Hinge shown in the next section. The piano hinge comes in nickel or brass in various lengths and widths.

Expensive! Solid Brass Brusso™ Box Hinges: These "top-of-the-line" hinges work well with humidors and jewelry boxes. They are expensive. Cost: approx. $35.00 - $45.00 per pair
